How it's doing

  • Recruiters save 8-10 hours a week with the Resume Formatter, each resume set in the firm's template, based on 10-12 resumes a week.
  • Management saves 6-8 hours a week with the Job Description formatter, each posting set in the firm's format, based on 6-10 JDs a week.
  • Submittal time has decreased almost 50% since moving to DASH, where each one is drafted from the latest note and sent with the resume.
  • Search accuracy has improved so drastically that recruiters are finding people they didn't even know they had for years in the database.
  • Unvetted talent has raised revenue per recruiter by over 60%: people on the wider market the firm hadn't yet screened, now in search.
  • New talent takes 40% less time to acquire, with search, Smart Lists, campaigns, submittals and the pipeline in one place in DASH.

The parts that don't fit in a video

  1. 01Ask about anyone. Type a question about a candidate and get an answer from their profile and documents.
DASH candidate panel: a recruiter asks "Has Talia ever been in front of a jury? Keep it short." and gets a short answer drawn from her resume, with the question and answer outlined in orange (sample data).
  2. 02Interview prep. One click writes a prep brief for the candidate and the job, saved on the record.
DASH job page: an interview prep brief generated for a sample candidate, opening with an overall assessment and key strengths for the role, with the brief outlined in orange (sample data).
  3. 03Recent outcomes. A candidate's last few client results at a glance, like “Withdrawn after 3 rounds.”
DASH candidate panel for a sample paralegal with a match score of 97: a "Why matched" summary of her M&A closing experience, then "Recent outcomes" listing four client submissions, the latest badged "Withdrawn after 3 rounds" with the note "Accepted another offer", then rejected after 2 rounds, placed after 2 rounds, and a duplicate, with the Recent outcomes box outlined in orange (sample data).
  4. 04Do Not Contact. Flag someone once and DASH keeps them out of every email, campaign and match.
DASH email composer adding 12 sample candidates to an existing campaign: the footer count "12 selected: 11 new, 1 Do Not Contact" is outlined in orange and the button reads "Add 11 and send" (sample data).
  5. 05The old database, moved in. Every candidate and note from the firm's previous system came across, so search starts from what the firm already knows.
DASH candidate profile: recent notes, then "Historical notes" from the previous system running back to 2015, outlined in orange (sample data).
  6. 06Sends that never lock an inbox. Big campaigns pace themselves over days to stay inside Microsoft's limits, so nobody's mailbox gets blocked.
DASH campaign page: a sample campaign marked Sending, paused at the daily limit with "Resumes Sat 7:00 AM" and the remaining 300 set to send automatically, the paused status and daily limit message outlined in orange (sample data).
  7. 07AM Law 200, searchable. Attorneys at the 200 largest US law firms, firm by firm, in the same search as the firm's own candidates.
DASH AM Law 200 firm page for a sample firm, filtered to "capital markets", with the search and location filters outlined in orange: five sample attorneys with titles, practice areas and cities.
